Becoming a more controlled version of myself

​Years ago, I made a decision to prioritise my health and wellbeing. Through dedication and learning, I discovered that fitness is far more than just exercise—it is about building confidence, developing mental resilience, and creating sustainable habits that support you through every stage of life.

Then the perimenopause symptoms kicked in. But I didn't want it to stop me being powerful, As oestrogen levels drop, our bones and muscles need a new strategy. My personal training business is specifically designed for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. I focus on smart, progressive strength training that protects your joint, fires up your metabolism and boosts your mental clarity.

This personal experience ignited a passion to help others achieve that same sense of empowerment. I want other women to feel supported, understood, and encouraged to become the strongest versions of themselves.
